KINGBOBOFTHENORTH Posted September 12, 2005 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2005 While the FEMA chartering of 3 ships from Carnival Cruise Lines has garnered much press attention, there has been less publicity to the chartering of the cruise ferry ship SCOTIA PRINCE. The ship, which normally operates summer roundtrip cruise/car ferry service between Portland, Maine and Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, did not operate this summer due to a dispute between the cruise line and the owner of the cruise terminal in Portland, because of alleged mold in the terminal.
