Double embarkation question

Recommended Posts

Hello!

We will be sailing out of Rome on 5/28. This particular cruise has 2 embarkations, and I just had a quick question for those of you who may have taken a similar cruise. When we get to Barcelona, most of the ship will be ending their cruise. Does this make it difficult for those who got on in Rome to get off the ship for their port day? Thinking back on previous cruises, debarkation can be so hectic, and I just wasn't sure if it will affect us.

Thanks!

In other posts I have seen about this situation (we'll be in it in July) is that they tend to split the disembark into two areas (forward and aft depending on your situation). Others have said that had they not known about the two disembarkation points, they wouldn't have noticed a difference in wait times, even with the self-disembarkers.
