CWcruisers Posted May 7, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2015 We winter in Cabo and this is the company we use to fish with: http://mucholocofishing.com/ But, most fishing charters leave at 6:30 am and depending on where the fish are, can last up to six hours. Fishing while on a cruise ship may not work out because of your limited time in port.
chipmaster Posted May 8, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 8, 2015 It's been a few years, but, I've fished out of Cabo and PV, both were secured thru my local hotel excursions. I got to believe these outfits are securable thru tripadvisor type research. Both trips required series 30 mile + runs, we did drop the lines soon after leaving port but the good fishing was way further and deeper out. Would be hard pressed to believe for the typical cruise port schedule you would get the optimal time out on the water for best fishing versus just the "experience." Did catch sailfish/marlin out of Cabo and a lot of Dorado / Mahi-mahi out of PV :D
