price drop early saver obc question

I checked my rate a bit ago and noticed there is a 10 dollar per person drop however I recieved obc for 30 dollars total with the last promotion. It was an early saver with up to $50 obc per cabin sale carnival had a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure if I submitted an price drop request if I would lose the obc I have already. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this before?
