Can I fit 2 adults, 10yr, 8yr, 8yr (5 total) into Family Stateroom?

LAst trip we had (2) connecting Oceanviews?

Absolutely. Category 4's (Deluxe Family Stateroom with Verandah) has a max capacity of five people.

 

Just keep in mind you are talking about a difference of about 100 square feet between a Family Stateroom and two oceanviews, and one less bathroom. Of course, you're also talking about having a verandah, so it's whatever works for your family!
