The other two couples can log in, see the reservation, use the cruise planner, but there is no "make a payment" option. I called RC CS last night and they could not fix this. I can still make payments for these 2 reservations. Do you think this is a concern? I can pay these off for them. Have you heard of this happening previously? Thanks It sounds like you (perhaps inadvertantly) took web "ownership" of the other two reservations. I don't think Royal has a way to fix this. It's so frustrating when you're trying to check prices for multiple cruises. Like clarea said, I have to clear cookies and cache or I switch browsers.
