MrJoeBlack Posted May 12, 2015 #26 Share Posted May 12, 2015 (edited) I received a message back from MSC via their Facebook page in regards to SBC when booking Yacht Club. I was told "NO" SBC for Yacht Club bookings.:( Booking an Aurea Suite will net a $400.00 SBC along with an all inclusive drink package,if you don't mind sailing in steerage however, which we definitely don't!!:) Thanks mike! I'll stick with YC, steerage doesn't hold the value I want, free drinks only in the YC is a good problem to have Edited May 12, 2015 by MrJoeBlack
SissasMomE Posted May 12, 2015 #27 Share Posted May 12, 2015 I wonder why I wasn't able to get anything, although I did not ask. I should email my cruise planner. I don't know. I clicked on "special offers" and then clicked on "All In" and then picked the royal suite. The price quoted said it included the All In package. The price quoted said it included the All In package. Thanks for getting back to us about that! :-) When I did a mock booking online, I saw the All In promo listed during the process, but didn't know what the actual promo was. I called to officially book it, totally forgot to mention it, and then when I saw people posting about OBC, I checked my confirmation and there was nothing on there. I haven't been on the website to see my reservation, (I don't even know if MSC does that like NCL does!) I'm going to ask my guy to send me an amenities listing like I would at NCL and see what happens. And as always, it can't hurt to just straight out ask! Remember,,free drinks are only within the YC itself,,:)

riclop Posted May 13, 2015 #33 Share Posted May 13, 2015 It's the worst casino on any of the ships we have been on. Almost all penny slots which is where they make the most profit. People say I lost but I had fun, how can it be fun if you don't win anything at all. Good luck!!!

I came home from the Gem...broke (actually uber broke).
stealthy Posted May 14, 2015 #36 Share Posted May 14, 2015 Do they play Texas Hold Em? or just blackjack? What is the starting bets, 5, 10 or 25 euro? Thanks
rusky123 Posted May 20, 2015 #37 Share Posted May 20, 2015 Just got back from MSC Divina's Grand Voyage, Miami to Rome. I loved the Yacht Club, the cabins were not as good as NCL's Haven, but the service and restaurants were as good as and better. Le Muse was lovely and I really enjoyed every meal there. I love the casino and WOW it was no smoking on the Divina until we got to The Azores, where little signs went up in the casino to indicate a 'you can smoke here if you are playing the machine'. I am a European and have a little vision in my mind of 20 people playing 1 machine just so they can smoke. Been there and watched people turn over the no smoking signs to perch their ash tray on. More ashtrays were put out in various bars as we went into the Med. We had a 21 night cruise, the ship was almost full, everyone was more than happy to follow the rules until MSC changed them and changed the very happy nice smelling dynamics of the ship. The bets are cheaper than NCL, but there are less tables and slots. Divina is a really beautiful ship but I will only sail MSC again outside Europe
AVACTION Posted May 20, 2015 #38 Share Posted May 20, 2015 I am able to get the All In offer in the YC for a december cruise. Is that through a Travel Agent or MSC direct? I got a reply from MSC today from my enquiry about the "All In" promotion and YC: "I believe our Inventory Department is in the process of updating the promotion to include shipboard credit, but I don’t have the exact details at this time. Was there a specific date that you were interested in?"
