Anyone recently off Getaway and notice if they televised NBA or NHL playoff games?

My wife and I got off the ship a week and a half ago. Seems like yesterday. Unless you like soccer you will be disappointed in you sports selection. The espn in an international. You may get lucky here and there to catch one maybe two games. The nfl draft was on one night and baseball one night also. Other than that its soccer all the time.

We were on board during the NBA finals last year and every game was shown in the atrium. The games were also on the tvs outside of the waterfront bars and in the cabins. I believe the NHL games were shown as well. You should be fine.

Got off May 9th. No NHL. They did have game 3 Bulls-Cavs and the next one, Clippers game I think.

Cruised May 2 - May 9

 

No NHL. All soccer or tennis. Was dying without my NHL playoffs. Was talking to some others too who wanted to watch some hockey with no luck.

yes as always NHL never seems to make it to the big Times>:mad: the cruise we did was all soccer the bar tender even let me try to find it but they had no NBC channels :o
