Western Itinerary Excursion Question

Pardon me if you've seen this before. I'll be posting this on the Scuba and NCL sites also. The NCL Excursions desk had no answer for me. In Roatan, NCL excursion planner shows the Dolphin Encounter is at Anthony's Key Resort. NCL does not know if they use Anthony's for the scuba dive excursion. Has anyone booked the ship dive excursion in Roatan? Do they use Anthony's? If not can anyone remember who they do use?? Any info would be appreciated.

not sure who ncl uses but when I was there, I used subway watersports and had a blast.
