Proudmom1120 Posted May 14, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 14, 2015 I am aware in Belize a tender is needed and people who booked excursions with the ship get first priority. I booked an excursion on my own with latest departure at 10:00. Can you please give me your opinion if I will be able to make it? The ship will be in port from 8:00. Thanks! OCruisers Posted May 23, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2015 You should have no problem! :) Independent tour operators are well aware of the tender process and it seems you would have ample time anyway. ;) LuLu
Rare mitsugirly Posted May 24, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 24, 2015 You should definitely have enough time. Although it's a tender port, it usually runs pretty smoothly. Just don't dibble dabble around and get your tender tickets as soon as you can and you'll be there quickly and probably be waiting for a little bit. :) The private vendors for excursions know you are coming and they usually make sure they have you on their excursion...unless you are extremely late...like a hour. They will wait for everyone on their list. That's how they make their money. :)
