Had anyone heard from concierge before cruise on Liberty

We are sailing on Liberty next week and still haven't heard from concierge. My sister who is a travel agent had emailed him twice and still hadn't heard from him. I also never got an email.. When we were in Royal Suite on Explorer we heard from the concierge at least 2 weeks before we sailed. Do they only email premium suites. We have a Grand suite on this cruise. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Our daughter had an OS on Liberty this past March, and received an email from Carlos several days before the cruise.

We were in the royal suite and heard wednesday for a next monday sailing- this april.

I was on Liberty in March and received an email from the concierge 2 days before we sailed.

Is there still a separate suite entrance I am traveling with my sister who is not in a suite and was wondering how that works.

We had a Royal Family Suite and an Owners Suite and didn't hear anything.

We are in a grand suite sailing tomorrow, and got our welcome letter last night.

We are also doing back to back and will be in labadee on the 2nd leg, so emailed Carlos a couple of weeks ago regarding renting a cabanna on barefoot beach. It took a couple of days, but he did get back to me. He was unable to reserve them that early, but did tell me he would put our names on the list in the order in which it was recieved. So will see how that worked out when we board tomorrow.
