Cruisin 4 Ever Posted May 18, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Does anyone know there the Breeze docks in Cozumel. When we went there on the Imagination we docked was quite a way from the downtown area but we noticed there is also a dock right at the downtown area
maldenmusic Posted May 18, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2015 I find the Breeze at the Puerta Maya pier a few times. Here's a link to the schedule. http://www.puertamaya.com/port-schedule.aspx
cruzeluver Posted May 18, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Carnival almost exclusively docks at Puerta Maya, the furthest dock from downtown, as they financed its construction.

And even RCCL used Puerta Maya at times when Carnival doesn't have it full. Princess uses it as well. Sorry, but I wouldn't count on being docked downtown. scooter0428 Posted May 18, 2015 #5 Share Posted May 18, 2015 We were supposed to dock at Puerta Maya. The ship tried but couldn't due to strong currents. We had to move to the downtown dock.

AngAndBoys Posted May 18, 2015 #7 Share Posted May 18, 2015 I've docked downtown just once on many trips to Cozumel. It was the smaller ship out of New Orleans. Can't remember the name, older ship, no balcony cabins.
dltvermont Posted May 18, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 18, 2015 Sounding like a broken record as everyone else has answered already too but we were on the Breeze in April and it was Puerta Maya. Triumph was there with us.

RCCl usually uses the International Pier just north of Puerto Maya. I usually see NCL and MSC docked at Punta Langosta (downtown). We docked downtown at Punta Langosta once on Carnival and that was on the Ecstasy in 2011. All is did was cost us lots more taxi fare to get to Mr. Sanchos. AngAndBoys Posted May 18, 2015 #12 Share Posted May 18, 2015 That's Elation. :D. I knew someone would know this. I'm terrible with names, all names, including ships.
Singer4Him Posted May 18, 2015 #13 Share Posted May 18, 2015 (edited) It was the smaller ship out of New Orleans. Can't remember the name, older ship, no balcony cabins. Depending on how long ago it was, it could have been the Fantasy. We docked there when we sailed on her in 2008.
