Lunch on embarkation day 1

 Share

Recommended Posts

On only one of our cruises was the dining room open on embarkment day (Breeze also). It was really weird because they were steering everyone into the dining room as soon as they got on. We went right to the Lido and it was practically empty. We were talking to some people later on in the cruise and they were not even aware that the Lido was an option that day.

that being said, dining room will most likely not be open.

Board early if you can. We sailed the Breeze on May 9. From luggage drop to Lido took us almost 2hrs. By the time we got up to Lido it was packed. Lines very long and nowhere to sit. We ended up getting a slice of pizza and eating it while standing in a corner. I was not happy and hoped this was not how the rest of the week would go. Luckily it was not.
