Sunshine Alchemy Bartenders

We will be on Sunshine in December...never have had an Alchemy bar...can someone explain to me what it is? Special drinks not found in other bars? Make up your own drink?

We love the Alchemy Bar. We were on Sunshine last year and had Gabriel and I think Miroslav. They were awesome. Then I went to the Alchemy on the Pride in February and there Gabriel was again. He remembered us and we were so happy to see him! We can't say enough good things about him or the Alchemy Bar!

You are so right about it not being very crowded the first couple of nights but once finds it, it's so crowded the rest of the cruise!

And as for people being bored on cruises??? I don't get it either!!

 

 

I had Gabriel and Miro last May. They are both wonderful and I was upset to hear Gabriel moved on to the Pride. Hopefully Miro will still be there when I arrive on the Sunshine on the 27th. I was there every single night. Unfortunately I'm not getting Cheers this time since it's an 8 day and my travel buddy can't afford it for $400 more and is not a big drinker. But I promise every alcoholic drink I get this cruise will be at Alchemy. They are SO GOOD! Never use the menu, let the mixologist make their magic.

It's a martini bar and the best bar ever. It's on deck 5 on the Sunshine. Near the Taste Bar. Past the casino and Shake place heading aft.

if you like the sugary, fruity drinks (and there ain't nothing wrong with that!), Alchemy Bar isn't for you.

 

But they have some awesome handcrafted martinis and cocktails, with some pretty intricate flavors. My favorites were the Kiss on the Lips and Mojito Martini.

Just got off today 19 September and it is still Miroslav, Parviz and Maria. The place is like cheers, I swear. My absolute favorite bar.
