darbytx Posted May 30, 2015 #1 Share Posted May 30, 2015 I was wondering if it's ok to wear yoga pants to an early breakfast in the mdr? Or should I go somewhere else? Not coming from the gym but I figure I am just going to go back and put my bathing suit on and didn't want to get ready that early just to go back to the cabin and change :) TIA
NoDayButToday Posted May 30, 2015 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2015 I've seen people wearing all manner of things at breakfast in the MDR. As long as you are wearing clothing that isn't a bathing suit, I'm pretty sure they will let you in. I think I might have worn yoga pants to sea day brunch myself one morning and it was just fine. SMSACE6 Posted May 30, 2015 #3 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Shorts are allowed, so I don't see why yoga pants would not be.
Soupy.Sailor Posted May 30, 2015 #4 Share Posted May 30, 2015 Unless it is port day, there won't be breakfast in the MDR. On sea days there is brunch, but not early early.
OCruisers Posted May 30, 2015 #5 Share Posted May 30, 2015 You'll be fine in your yoga pants in the MDR for breakfast! :) LuLu

cccer Posted May 31, 2015 #8 Share Posted May 31, 2015 Don't think yoga pants would be an issue at all. Lots of people over dressed and under dressed. Breakfast is pretty wide open.
092306 Posted May 31, 2015 #9 Share Posted May 31, 2015 I've seen T-shirts and yoga pants in the MDR for breakfast many times. Not an issue.
smyliecruising Posted May 31, 2015 #10 Share Posted May 31, 2015 I think the dress code is just for the evening meal. Wear whatever you are gonna wear for the day. If it is a swimsuit, wear a coverup and you won't feel out of place at all.

iluvit! Posted May 31, 2015 #14 Share Posted May 31, 2015 The guy across the table from me on the Magic wore a wife-beater to mdr brunch, got a not so appetizing view of tattoos and underarm hair.
dave_k58 Posted May 31, 2015 #15 Share Posted May 31, 2015 I don't even like to see a man in a "wife beater" going thru the buffet line. There is just something " trashy" about it. Sorry. SMO
