Carnival Pride room 8185 & 8186

I may switch rooms for my upcoming Carnival cruise.

Right now I am in regular balcony on 7th deck

If I switch to 8185 or 8186 I can get 300 OBC. Has anyone stayed in these rooms? My concerns are noise from Lido? I heard people write about creaking..any experience with that? Also the lifeboats are right underneath..does this take away from being on a balcony?
