Caribbean Cruise Attire and Excursions

Can anyone give me an idea of the evening attire for a March Caribbean cruise on the Voyager? I assume there will not be a formal night as it is just 7 nights, although maybe I can find this out through my TA? Also, any advise on shore excursions in San Juan and St. Thomas would be much appreciated, especially those independent guides offering kayaking, snorkeling etc. Thanks, Pam

Although I have not cruised RSSC in the caribbean in March even the 7 day caribbean cruises I have been on on RSSC had a formal night and 2 or 3 informal nights.
