Breakfast place at SeaTac?

Our flight arrives at 8:40 a.m. and the first Princess transfer is at 10... We would need something within walking distance and a very short walk since my husband can't walk much... Is there something like this after we've picked up our luggage?

Whenever I fly out of Sea-Tac in the morning I go to Kathy Casey's Dish D'lish for a breakfast sandwich and a latte. Their sandwiches are really good. I have only been to the one post-security, but a quick search told me there actually is one pre-security too! I assume they would have the same things, but I am not sure about that.
