Gym classes

Hi there. We are sailing Ovation of the Seas May 2016 and I was wondering what sort of fitness classes RCCL offer? Hoping they have some high intensity classes like boot camp, box fit or aerobics.

Generally a spinning, Yoga, and Boot Camp. If the ship has a boxing ring- boxing. But that's only a few ships.

 

With the Ovation being so tech, they may have some others, or different versions of the above. For instance, spinning on Allure and Oasis is Flywheel- and more expensive. More tech, but more expensive.

We were on Indy and took their yoga classes. The instructor at the start asked those in the class for their level of ability....and it ranged from beginner to advanced and he told those who were more advanced how to get more out of the moves that he was having everyone do, so that the novices did not work over their ability.

 

But they did not have a separate class labeled 'advanced yoga'.
