Local transportation--Rio to Buenos Aries

Can you tell me what local transportation options are available at the ports we stop at between Rio and Buenos Aries. We'll be snorkeling for the most part. Will feet suffice to get from the port. What are the fares in Reals?

 

At Ilha Grande, is the cruise port at Vila do Abraão?

 

 

In Sao Paulo, is there an all-day fare on the buses? And is there a bus near the port?

I'm wondering if you might not get better results by going to your Roll Call ... OR a roll call from an earlier cruise with the same itinerary.

 

You might find people on this general list who know the answer to your question but I would think better results would come from the Roll Call.

 

Also you could go to the Ports of Call section. You might find the answer there. (I have to confess that I never have ... but I always go there to see!)

I would recommend the Ports of Call forum. In the past I have gotten answers from experienced cruisers there. If your questions are not cruise-line-specific then this is the place for you.
