Food: Alaskan Delicacies

I greatly enjoy salmon and halibut. I've gotten so picky, with my Alaska preference, I don't eat is anywhere else. Taku Smokery, has some smoked salmon that we really like. If you have some time- they do have samples to perhaps give a try. Next door is Twisted Fish with nicely prepared food. - in Juneau.
