Urgent Med Care or Emergency -- What Happens?

I got "head hunted" by a group that places medical staff on cruise ships. I was very impressed with the level of qualifications you have to have in order to even get an interview! To work as an entry level RN, I needed my degree & licensure (obviously) and multiple years in critical care (ER, ICU, etc), multiple years of ACLS certification, etc.

I declined to apply, because I love where I work, but it really, really impressed me! I feel pretty darn good about my chances of getting excellent medical care on a cruise ship.
