I'm looking for the current operating hours for the dining venues on Serenade of the Seas. Hoping someone will have that info! This will be my first Royal Caribbean cruise, so any info will be greatly appreciated.

The operating hours vary day to day. The hours will be listed in the Cruise Compass, which you will receive the night before the schedule in in effect.

I know it's silly, but...is it possible to do a "brunch" at 11:00 am, or are all the venues closed between 10:30 and noon?

or you can go online (when the website is functional) and go into dining reservations and see what is available (times each day) for whatever number of people you are dining with.

Windjammer (buffet) stays open almost continuously in the morning. However, they will start changing over to lunch at some point, and might even close for 30 minutes or so before lunch. It might be tough to get breakfast fare at 11am.

I got the impression that the OP was asking about all food venue hours throughout the day, not just dinner times.

The reason I've asked: We're looking at shore excursions that start at 12:30, so we're not really able to do lunch at noon and still be on time for our excursions. Some of the info I've seen on the Royal Caribbean site indicates that the Windjammer buffet closes from 10:30 until noon, and the other daytime venue does not open until noon. I was hoping someone could confirm or dispute this info. Would really like to have a little something to eat around 11:30 before leaving the ship for the afternoon.

Park Cafe is also a possibility.

No matter what, there is food SOMEWHERE available 7x24. :)

 

If Windjammer is closed, look at Park Cafe for something to eat. And remember... room service is available 24 hours a day!

You can most likely catch a meal in the Windjammer when it opens at 11:30. That should give you plenty of time to eat and get to excursion. It is usually closed between 10:30 and 11:00, but as others have said, check the cruise compass to be sure.
