Email address for customer services?

I don't know if I am being stupid, but I have searched and searched the UK website for an email address for customer services, and apart from an enquiry form (with no email address) - I can't find their email address.

 

I don't want to use the enquiry form, I want to send an email. My query is probably too long to fit into the enquiry form, but anyway I want to keep a record of what I write to them.

 

It seems very odd not to provide an email address, I have even tried via google search - but it pushes me back to the enquiry form. They freely provide a phone number, but the agents I have spoken to acknowledge I have a complex problem, which they cannot resolve :rolleyes:

 

Please does someone have an email address for customer services either UK or US? :)

I've not tried this one, but have seen it posted: royalguestrelations@rccl.com.

 

There's also mbayley@rccl.com which some have reported getting a good response.

This is the actual UK one that I was given recently by one of the phone reps. I had an automatic reply almost immediately saying it can take up to 7 days to be dealt with and then a satisfactory reply to my query about 10 days later.
