Valor...port or starboard cabin??

Can anyone help me with cabin selection onboard the Valor??

We are curious as to which side of the ship to book our cabin so as we can enjoy the scenery from our balcony as we are approaching each port.

We are on the Western Caribbean itinerary March 5th.

We cruised the Victory on the starboard side on the Eastern Caribbean Itinerary, and had awesome views of each port....but I was told it does depend on the Itinerary of each ship to determine which side to be on.

Any advice from someone who has been on the ship {Western}???
