Liberty of the Seas - Bermuda

Does the casino open when docked in Bermuda on the 5 night Liberty of the Seas cruises?

 

I'm hearing mixed things.... casino's open in Bermuda now in the evening (9 pm) and then RCI did not want to pay license fee so Liberty doesn't open the casino in the evening.

 

Anybody have any info?
