Why would my cruise no longer be listed?

Going on the Pride 8/16. Both cruises before & both cruises after are available. I've never seen this happen even if the ship is booked. Anyone know why before I call? Thanks!

A company has "bought" out the boat for the week, and you have to book through the company.

I did a mock booking, August 16th is still on there.

Your cruise is still on the Carnival site. So probably on a partial ship charter, meaning they will have a large group, but not the entire ship. You are most likely not affected.

Yes 8/16/15. Final payment was made & it's in my cruise manager. It's not there when I do a mock booking to see if there was a price drop.

Try using a different computer or different browser. I expect something cached on your computer is causing it to disappear.

Your cruise is still there, you may want to clear the cache.

 

FWIW in the future--if you're booked on a ship and it is fully chartered then they would cancel you and possibly offer you some kind of bonus for rebooking (we're getting $25pp in OBC) on another ship. You don't get to keep your booking because you're already booked--they usually give at least six months notice on these.

Thank you everyone for you help. My DH called. Turns pit that I was doing a mock booking for 3. There are no cabins for 3 available on the ship. That's why it's not showing lol!
