Celebrity ship in drydock in Seattle??

Recommended Posts

When we were in Seattle in late May preparing to sail to Alaska, there was a Celebrity ship in dry dock there---or at least I think it was in dry dock. From the Space Needle, we could see that there were no people on board and the decks looked in bad condition. Does anyone know which ship this is?

Thanks!

There is definitely no deserted Celebrity ship in Seattle.

RCI and Celebrity ships normally go into drydock only for about a week at a time, roughly every two years. And of course there are no passengers on board when this work is being carried out.

My guess is that you were looking at two different ships. I'd suggest posting this on the Celebrity board to see if anyone knows which ships were in drydock during these time periods.
