Zebby90210 Posted March 6, 2016 #26 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Jesters club was the ONLY fun lounge/bar/club where you could dance to a DJ and hear newer music. Totally enjoyed it several nights this past January. With it's departure from this class of Royal we will now need to search for a different class or line to have evening fun on. zdad59 Posted March 7, 2016 #27 Share Posted March 7, 2016 We just cruised on the Navigator, Adventures sister ship, in January 2016. Now our group is not veterans like some, but we've all been on at least a few cruises. We all agreed that the Navigator was the Goldilocks ship.....Just Right. It was a big ship, which made it very stable and gave us a lot to do, but it was small enough to figure out the lay of the decks quickly and get used to where everything was with ease. If the Adventures updates bring it up to the same standard as the Navigator, things will be great. Our group in fact, booked the Adventure for Feb 2017 because it was the sister ship of the Navigator. The Oasis and Quantum class just seem TOO big. But...too each his own. Potential adds... Flowrider.....Fun, even for an overweight 50 something guy. Sabor....an OK Mexican joint. Nothing special or worth the upgrade. More cabins....I'm indifferent. Navigator was 99% full, and we still felt like we had a lot of room.
Marylandteachergirl Posted March 8, 2016 #28 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Just booked Adventure for holiday 2017. Not crazy about the crazy high prices, so hoping for a sale to come along. This will be our 4th time on Adventure - looking forward to the upgrades and reading about them to help pass the time.
Lady Chew Posted March 8, 2016 #29 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Based on prior experience, the new "bolt on" cabins will be pretty small, and with less storage than the original cabins on other decks ...
