Can you pre-purchase the cheers program? And if so, how do you do it? If not, how do you put away for it? Do you buy certain gift cards? I just like to have everthing paid/accounted for prior to a trip so I have no unknown charges and can know how much play money we actually will have. Thanks guys for your help!

No, you cannot pre-purchase it. Has to be done once you're on board. The gift card idea sounds smart for the sake of budgeting and whatnot.

I thought you could only prepay for bottomless bubbles, but could NOT pre pay for Cheers.

 

You can, however, put money on your sail and sign card in advance of the trip, and use that to pay for Cheers once onboard. You can also get Carnival gift cards, and put that on your sail and sign card after boarding. Either way, Cheers must be paid for using your sail and sign card while on board.
