departing flight 1:45pm; time to do anything?

Our departing flight out of San Juan is at 1:45 pm, the day of disembarking the cruise ship which supposedly docks at 6 am. Is this time to do anything in San Juan before heading to airport? any suggestions? we are planning to visit the forts and spend a full day in OSJ prior to the cruise.
