Raxter54 Posted July 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2015 DW and I are considering Maya Key for our Jan cruise on the Dream. I was curious as to how long the boat trip was to the island, and where do you actually depart from? Thanks!
snc_cam Posted July 3, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 3, 2015 DW and I are considering Maya Key for our Jan cruise on the Dream. I was curious as to how long the boat trip was to the island, and where do you actually depart from? Thanks! 10-15 minutes. You meet the guide off the deck of the ship. They will walk you past some of the shops down towards the beach/ocean. 5 minute walk or so.

Just make sure you go thru the underwater path to the rim of the reef, then circle it from the outside.

Rare mitsugirly Posted July 5, 2015 #6 Share Posted July 5, 2015 We had a blast at Maya Key when we went (although it was on a NCL ship, which docks right beside it basically). I have a full review of our day there with TONS of pictures, listed in my signature line, if you are interested. Over view of Maya Key...you can see the air strip right by it and then Mahogany Bay is right after that.
