The Captain's name is Volpi and the CD is Chris Jefferson.

He was good. He's very young and energetic. His British accent and pronunciation were often material for jokes. Chris was always visible on the ship. Always upbeat. I personally think all CD's are the same jokes in a different wrapper. Only had one I considered bad and that was on the Galaxy. She was pretentious and somewhat condescending unless she had a microphone in her hand.Some are more visible than others.
