When we're spending big money, I figure out how many cruises I could buy for the same money. That's why we don't have a swimming pool :rolleyes:

You know you are addicted when you carry in your wallet your ship's ID card from your most recent cruise, and don't remove it until you're packing to go on your next cruise.

In a related vein, you know you're addicted to cruising when you do a spreadsheet showing time off hours accruals and expenditures for the next three years to make certain you have cruising time on the books. (Yes, I did that very thing. I need help!) :o

Jim, You aren't the only one that keeps a spreadsheet of their time off so they can have enough time for cruises!

 

As soon as we book a cruise, I start looking at shore excursions, doesn't matter that it is a year and half away.

When I shop and see the price of a dress in cruise days.

Everything I buy I am not thinking in dollars but cruise days.

Is there any help for me?

Maybe I need to be admitted to a World Cruise to cure my addiction.

(okay, so I bought a new pair of cruise sandals and put them in a bag, but it counts!) :D

When you wake up in the morning after dreaming about shopping for cruise clothes all night long and your very first thought is, "I can wear the black dress for the 1st formal night and the red dress for the second formal night. I wonder if the silver shoes would work for both dresses...."

I couldn't resist this one - I knew I was addicited when I built this house and had to have one whole closet just for cruise cloths. Its a big one and all our cruise cloths and shoes are in there ready to go at a moments notice. It was a dream come true for me. Now I spend a little time each day looking for that last minute cruise that's to good to pass up.
