Does MSC Florida only have one employee?

So I'm beginning to wonder if I'm in the twilight zone....A month ago, while considering an MSC cruise, I used the Chat Online function on the website, and chatted with a rep. called David. When I called a few days later to ask questions, I spoke with Heather, who was rather unfriendly, so I called back a few days later to book the cruise (with someone other than Heather) and spoke to David. I booked the cruise and used the Chat Online a few days after that to ask a question about a drinks package, and got....David. I know that once it's booked, David has been likely assigned to me as my rep...but it does seem that David is the only person answering the 800 # in Fort Lauderdale. Anyone else have that experience or am I indeed in the twilight zone?
