Temps in early October

We are starting a transatlantic on October 3, doing 5 ports in Spain and Portugal, then of course 7 days at sea. What kind of temps should we expect in Spain and Portugal? Wondering how to pack for fall or summer. I am guessing the nights will be cool, especially crossing the Atlantic. Thanks for any help you can offer.

In early October it should be warmish, but also depends where you are visiting. For example, Malaga would be a lot warmer than Vigo. So without knowing where you are going makes it difficult tosay
