Maybe a little weird question but I recently found out that not in all cultures/countries it is "normal" to be naked when you use the sauna.

So can anybody tell me if you need to wear a bathing suit in the sauna on MSC and specially on the Musica.

Yes you do need to wear a bathing suit. Although not everyone keeps to that rule even when the facilities are mixed gender.

 

It's definitely not the norm to be naked here in the UK or in the US

Thanks for the info, was not sure about it. Just recently found out that it is not common everywhere.

Not really, they want you to wear swimsuits. It would also mean you couldn't use the steam room, jacuzzi or showers.
