Wine by the glass on the UBP plan?????

I have usually brought my own wine aboard NCL's ships, but have two upcoming cruises aboard the Getaway and Escape that have the UBP included in the cruise fare. Having lived in Germany, I love Reislings, but aboard NCL there seem to be no German offerings available, and the Aussie and Washington State offerings are not to my liking. So is there anyone here who has a copy of the UBP offerings and can share?

FYI so that there isn't any confusion to others reading this... The wine list is the wine list, regardless of whether or not one has UBP. There are't specific UBP offerings. Any glass of wine with a price of $11 or under is included. If one is over $11, you pay just the difference.

I don't see sparkling wines by the glass. Is this an option?

There is a Ruffino listed. It's a ~$7 retail bottle so it's not anything exciting.

 

I hope the wine bar on Escape has a better by the glass list. I'm not a wine snob but that's a disappointing selection if it is accurate.
