Setting Alarm on Room Phone

As in previous threads, no one was able to set the wake up call feature on the room phone. Has this been corrected? Can you get a wake up call? I will bring my little alarm clock but the alarm is weak and I don't always hear it. Thanks.

The wake up call feature on my phone worked fine for the whole cruise. Simple to use.
