They don't publish an email address. It is best to call them with questions. There is a form on their website to make reservations that has room for remarks. You could try sending an email that way but I would suggest calling them and talking with them in person. They list two phone number 441-234-3145 and 441-234-0914. We rented from them two years ago and I called them each time I had to communicate with them and the reservation went well. Always best to get to talk to someone in person and make sure you get the person's name you talk with at the business.
