I would like to know what a outside obstructed cabin is on the ventura

 

See P&O thread "Obstructed Cabins"

 

An Outside cabin with an Obstructed View is one where you can see things other than the sea. A lifeboat ropes etc. will be in the way of a completely clear view of the sea.

 

Good link on the above mentioned thread on specific cabins.

Look at the deckplan and type the cabin number in. There is a photo on the P&O site of each partially obstructed cabin. Fully obstructed means essentially you get a little natural light but otherwise, lifeboat/pontoon.
