Pre-paying Service Charge before the deadline!!!

I've been trying to pay the service charges on four upcoming cruises to avoid the newly announced increase. Here's what "My Vacation Summary" has been showing for the past couple of days:

 

"Pre-Pay Service Charges

We are unable to display this option at this time."

 

I think its a Del Rio plot to get two bucks more per day from me by not allowing me to pay before the deadline!:eek: Am I being paranoid?:cool:

That's the same thing I was getting on my account too. But I called NCL last week and had them add that I was prepaying the Service charged. I was told that I would be pay the rate that was in effect when I booked last June, 2014. So I didn't even have to pay the $14.95 current rate for Suites. I paid $12 per person per day. The total for 2 was $168 and was adding to my amount due at final payment.

I had that same issue yesterday morning when I tried to pre-pay online. Waited 3 hrs and tried again and it worked fine and was able to pre-pay the service charge for both my upcoming cruises.:)

I had the same problem with my reservation on the Gem last week. I called NCL and prepaid over the phone. Done!
