Here's what "My Vacation Summary" has been showing for the past couple of days: "Pre-Pay Service Charges We are unable to display this option at this time." But I called NCL last week and had them add that I was prepaying the Service charged. I was told that I would be pay the rate that was in effect when I booked last June, 2014. So I didn't even have to pay the $14.95 current rate for Suites. I paid $12 per person per day. The total for 2 was $168 and was adding to my amount due at final payment.
