faith1989 Posted July 22, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 22, 2015 How much are Bingo Games on Carnival Cruise?
hartsnvt Posted July 22, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 22, 2015 There are 3 tiers. I believe they were $20, $25 and $30. It is too expensive for the paltry winnings they offer. Bring your own dauber or else you will have to buy one for $2.00 or get the most expensive package.
faith1989 Posted July 22, 2015 Author #3 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Is that for one game???
hartsnvt Posted July 22, 2015 #4 Share Posted July 22, 2015 (edited) Usually there were 2 games. Like I said, it was very expensive and some prizes were only $100. So if 2 people got bingo they split it. Hardly worth it in my opinion. Years ago the prizes started at $500 and went up each session with the final Bingo being something like $2000. Now that was worth it! Edited July 22, 2015 by hartsnvt
kona_wahine Posted July 22, 2015 #5 Share Posted July 22, 2015 I lov bingo, but after playing a couple times on our first cruise I figured out the only real winner is carnival.
cruiser fanatic Posted July 22, 2015 #6 Share Posted July 22, 2015 They recently changed their prices. Packages are $20, $30 and $40. Way too expensive!!
cruiser fanatic Posted July 22, 2015 #7 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Is that for one game??? That is for each session. 1 session might have several games. You will have to pay for each session. They will have several sessions throughout the cruise.
MURCOTT Posted July 22, 2015 #8 Share Posted July 22, 2015 They recently changed their prices. Packages are $20, $30 and $40. Way too expensive!! Last cruise I bought the $40 package and won a game for $50! So after buying 2 daubers for my husband and I we actually won a whopping $6.00:mad: Hardly worth it. There were not many people playing, needless to say.

near the beach Posted July 22, 2015 #10 Share Posted July 22, 2015 We play it for fun. It has always, on the cruises we have been on, one game per session. Someone always wins.
thomarvin Posted July 22, 2015 #11 Share Posted July 22, 2015 We played in June. BIG rip-off. Won't be playing again. There was probably about 200-300 people playing and the winner got $50. REALLY???? i think we paid about $30 for the cards to play.

icunrse Posted July 22, 2015 #14 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Thank you all for the info. We had read boards about the prizes being great (old posts, maybe) and were interested in playing in March. I'll save my $$ instead.
2kidsn2dogs Posted July 22, 2015 #15 Share Posted July 22, 2015 Just got off of the Pride a little over a week ago. Bingo was $20 to play three cards, $30 for six cards, and $40 for nine cards. With the top two packages, you also got a couple of scratch off cards that didn't result in any large winnings, at least not for us. Daubers are $2.00. They typically played 3-4 games per session. Save your money people, they will suck you dry to the very end. You think you'll win that big prize that they keep reeling you in with, you lose. momof3cruisers Posted July 23, 2015 #17 Share Posted July 23, 2015 Can you just buy one dauber and share with your spouse? I just use a highlighter. You simply need a way to mark the numbers that have been called.
near the beach Posted July 23, 2015 #18 Share Posted July 23, 2015 I have not seen a bingo game with the prize under $500. Maybe when we didn't play Not when we did.
