Concierge's letter

Recommended Posts

We are in a Grand suite and just got our letter from the concierge. So I replied that I wanted to rent a cabana in Labadee. So now the question is how do I know he got it and is reserving it for us. Does he reply back to us to let us know.

Hello. Yes, they will email you back and let you know what is available. I will provide you a map so you can see. When are your traveling?

I am going Aug 1st and I started emailing with them and got a response about a week ago. The cabanas can be hard to get depending on how booked your cruise is.

Have fun,

Maggie

Yes, the concierge will reply back. Normally they will send you a map, prices, and a list of available cabanas.

What ship are you sailing on? We are on Oasis which leaves Florida on August 1st and we recently heard from the concierge confirming our cabana at Barefoot Beach

I haven't heard back from the concierge yet. About how long does it take to hear back from him after making a request.

It varies. If they are very busy with a cruise before yours, they may not get back to you for days. Other times I've heard back within an hour.

We are also sailing on the 1st...maybe I will see you! We are in Cabana B2 on the suite holders beach if you want to say hello

I am thrilled that B2 is a good selection. I think all of them are so nice. I was going to try a water cabana but very happy with what we got.

Bill and Rita, we are Michael and Margaret and we would love to stop by and say hello in Haiti :) We are staying on deck 17.
