Gunnerbabe_2003 Posted July 24, 2015 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2015 For anyone who's cruised in an aft wrap cabin, did you get to enjoy the view from your veranda or did you prefer a different vantage point when sailing into/out of the fjords? For anyone who's had a balcony, how is the view from the side of the ship (particularly towards the rear of the ship)? A large reason for booking an aft wrap in the Baltics was for the views; most times we'll be happy to sit back there and look back on ''where we've just been'', and we were thinking of in-room dining as we sailed out of the fjords, but not sure if this is the best place to enjoy the view. Would love to hear from you ... we are nearing the single digits in our countdown. Fighting to contain my excitement!
eandj Posted July 24, 2015 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2015 (edited) Since you have a full view your balcony will be lovely. We preferred to be on deck to get a lot more views than staying on our room balcony if its a particularly pretty area. Too remember it will be chillier than the Baltic if you are going to northern Norway. You will be able to decide once onboard what you like best. Hope you have a wonderful sunny cruise.
