Luggage storage in venice after a cruise

Our flight is 7pm after our cruise. We need to find a locker to store the bags for the day. Which bus ATVO or AVTV #5 for transport to Piazzale Roma is favored. Does a combined ticket include the people mover to and from the ships?

People mover tickets only cover the people mover. Buses to/from ships usually free. Bus to airport will be quite obvious in P. Roma. Ken

Thanks: We are staying 3 days before our cruise and will see if the hotel will let us store the luggage until our evening flight. If not the luggage storage in Piazzale Roma will have to do. We will take either bus ACTV or ATVO back to the airport.

Take the ATVO express bus to the airport. It's only a couple of Euro more than the local bus but it offers non-stop service as well as a place to put your luggage. The public bus is difficult for the traveler with their stuff and, frankly, a tad rude to locals who must use it to commute. If there were no other choice it would be different, but in this case you do have a good alternative.
