Ship2shoreCO Posted August 3, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 3, 2015 HAL has redone their website since we booked our last cruise with them last year. Last time, it was very transparent with pricing for 3rd and 4th guests in a cabin. Now it seems I have to complete a booking, including entering all the info for each guest, before it will disclose a final price quote. This is particularly a problem for itineraries that advertise the 3rd and 4th guests as being discounted or free. Am I missing something?
take us away Posted August 3, 2015 #2 Share Posted August 3, 2015 (edited) No - not one of my favorite features of the new website but at least you can now see pricing before you get to the name, address, etc. screens. Best I can offer is to do a booking for the # of people, then when you select your stateroom, it will tell you price per person under the cabin number you select. If you do it for 2 people, then for 3 or 4 people, you should be able to see the differences. Maybe try a generic cruise booking website as a 'short cut' to see pricing or a TA. Krazy Kruizers Posted August 3, 2015 #3 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Very few of us like the way you have to fill in so much information on HAL's site before you can get a price.

I have tried this to check pricing and cabin availability and way too often other sites do not have the same pricing as HAL. Sometimes it is a little bit higher, sometimes hundreds higher. Add me to the list that doesn't like the long path to getting a price on the HAL site.
