Car Seats in Freeport?

Hi, my son will turn two the day before we leave on our cruise. I am planning to bring his car seat. I have seen a couple of forum posts where someone asked about car seats and responses were that the taxis/shuttles wouldn't have seat belts. Does anyone know what the taxi situation is at the port in Freeport? I don't want to lug the car seat around all day if there is no way to use it (taxis or shuttle buses without seat belts), but I want to use it if I can.

We took a taxi the last time we were in Freeport, and it was a 12 passenger van. Most beach activities are 15-20 min away. There were no seat belts, and they pack you in. The drivers don't like taking half loads

We were just in Freeport in April. We took our car seat. When you get off the ship there is a line of taxi vans, we told the man in charge we wanted a van with seat belts. The first one didn't have any, but the second one did. They made us pay for her, but that's money well spent in my opinion! He acted a little annoyed, but that's his issue. ;)
