Can anyone tell me when the Concierge Lounge is manned on the Royal? Specifically I am wondering if it will be manned during embarkation as I'd like to use their services when I first board.

It has been my experience in 3 cruises aboard the Royal Princess that there is a crew member in the lounge when I board the ship.
